Use Rootin Tootin Red Cajun Seasoning to marinade meat or vegetable for grilling, roasting to slow cooking.

Apply rub to moist meat or vegetable surface at least 1 hour prior to cooking and allow to soak in, use some olive oil if required. Cook away from direct heat if possible to avoid over-charring. This rub can be used for BBQ, smoking or oven cooking. It's a great addition to cajun dishes such as Dirty Rice or Gumbo and makes a bombastic fantastic Fried Chicken Seasoning.

Apply an even coating, us at approx 3-5% meat weight.�
