Orders are typically being dispatched and delivered within 5 working days via our standard delivery service.

BBQs should still arrive on time via the nominated day service provided that this option is selected/available when you place your order.

Looking to chase your order?

You may not receive a dispatch notification from us so we ask that you do not chase your order with us until the advertised delivery time frame has elapsed.

If we are unable to fulfil your order then a full refund will be processed and you will be notified via email. If you have not had email notification of this then your order is hand and need not be chased.

To best mitigate staff shortages all members of our team are focusing on packing and shipping orders, please allow 3 working days for a response to your email.

Need to change your order? 

We regret that at present we are not offering amendments to orders.

Once placed via the website - your order is final and will be shipped.

To avoid disappointment, please do not contact us to change/add to your order as we are unable to do so.

If you require additional items then please place another order online.

 

General Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all orders received by 3pm on the same working day.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and on a Bank Holiday may be processed ready for dispatch but please note that courier collections are made from Monday to Friday.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and on Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

All orders go through a series of security checks to protect the cardholder, errors on the address details, contact telephone number or e-mail address may result in the dispatch of your order being delayed. In the first instance we will attempt to contact you via e-mail to resolve any inaccuracies or errors present.

We work with a range of couriers to ensure your order arrives with you as per our delivery terms. Our current courier partners include DPD, APC, Palletways and Royal Mail. Depending on your order we may use one or all on these services.

During the WOWBBQ checkout process you will be asked if your goods can be left in a safe place. By checking this box you agree to accept liability for the goods once our nominated courier has delivered them to that safe place. If this box has not been checked (and a safe place specified), all goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Wowbbq shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

With the exception of made to order items and products sent directly by the supplier below you will find our standard delivery terms. Please note that we only ship within the United Kingdom.

Deliveries of large items will be delivered on a "kerb-side" basis and delivery drivers are not permitted to take items inside your property.

 

For most BBQ deliveries you will receive our Express Delivery service Free of Charge.

We regret our carriers cannot deliver at a specific time.  For large deliveries of the Weber Spirit, Weber Genesis, Weber SmokeFire & Weber Summit Gas and Kamado BBQ series we may choose to palletise your BBQ for protection during transit and send it via a national courier service for overnight delivery. Palletised deliveries are delivered "kerb-side" only - it is your responsibility to remove the BBQ from the pallet at point of delivery and transport it into your home, please dispose of the free pallet provided responsibly.
