The durable porcelain enamelled steel body is fantastic at holding heat, and is extra durable, meaning it will easily hold up against the rigours of the great British weather. Cooking with the lid on gives you consistent heat, temperature control, and reduces flare ups to create great results every time. The large 57cm cooking grate is big enough to cook for a family or gathering and is triple plated for durability. The hinged sides allow you to add extra fuel whilst cooking without having to remove the whole cooking grate, whilst the Gourmet Barbecue System central section can be removed, to allow you to add any GBS accessory into your grill. Use the sear grate, griddle, wok, poultry roaster, pizza stone, dutch oven or waffle iron to create restaurant quality meals at home.

Cleaning the grill is a doddle, as the Weber Mastertouch barbecue includes the One-Touch cleaning system, whereby you can quickly and simply push the leftover ash in your grill into the collection pan, then easily remove and dispose of with the minimum of fuss.

The One-Touch cleaning blades also double up as air flow controls, and combined with the rust proof air vent on the lid, allows you to have maximum control over the temperature within your grill. Check up on how you're doing with the handy temperature gauge in the lid, measuring the internal temperature in both Fahrenheit and Celsius. You can grill both directly and indirectly and switch quickly between the two thanks to the included charcoal fuel holders, allowing you to alter the arrangements of the charcoal easily and safely.

Grill with your hands free thanks to the Tuck-Away lid bale, allowing you to place the lid securely on the side of the grill to free up your hands and also act as a windbreak if the weather's not great.
