Introducing the Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker 47cm and Cover (721004)

Bring a new dimension to your cooking with the Weber Smokey Mountain- this meticulously designed smoker is the peak of low and slow cooking, creating delicious, melt in the mouth ribs, pulled pork and brisket. Good things come to those who wait.

The Weber Smokey Mountain is produced from the same porcelain-enamelled steel that is the bedrock of the Weber charcoal range- meaning that you can count on the smoker to last for years to come and still be producing excellent results.

The Weber Smokey Mountain 47cm features cooking levels, allowing you to fit a small joint of meat on each level. The water pan that sits above the coals acts to regulate the temperature inside the smoker as well as creating a more moist atmosphere within the chamber, leading to moist and tender food.

Fuel is easily added to the smoker during the cooking process via the handy aluminium fuel door on the front. The food stays within the chamber and the fuel and wood are easily dropped in.

The smoker itself contains a mounted thermometer to allow you to keep track of the internal temperature of the cooking area, while there is a silicone sealed hole for the cable of a remote thermometer so you can keep an eye on the internal temperature of the food whilst cooking.

Comes with a free Weber cover to keep the smoker in perfect condition for years to come!
